Founded 2017 · Dubai
A boutique consulting firm built for execution.
We didn't set out to build the biggest consulting firm. We set out to build the one our founders, CXOs, and government clients actually wanted to work with – small enough to stay close, deep enough to ship real outcomes.
Eight years. 200+ projects. Always boutique.
GreyRadius was founded in 2017 in Dubai by Chirag Bansal and Anshuman Kumar – two consultants who had spent years inside larger firms watching good research get diluted by the distance between the partner and the work. The thesis was simple: what if the partner did the interview, ran the workshop, and made the call?
That thesis hasn't changed. What has changed is the scale of the challenge. In 2026, our clients are navigating Vision 2030 entities, funding rounds in a tighter market, AI transformation programmes with no clear playbook, and market entry in jurisdictions where the rulebook is being rewritten in real time.
Today we're four partners – Chirag, Anshuman, Dhiraj, and Pijush – and a senior team of researchers, analysts, and execution specialists across Delhi, Dubai, Singapore, and Brussels. We've delivered 200+ projects across 25+ industries and four office locations across South Asia, the Gulf, Southeast Asia, and Europe. We deliberately stay small. Small enough that every engagement has a partner's name on it.
In 2026, we repositioned the firm around three pillars and six output-led offerings. Every engagement now starts with primary research, uses AI to compress the timeline, and ends with an execution deliverable the client can use on day one.
Where we work.
Four cities. Four very different markets. One method.
Delhi, India
Delivery centre for primary research, opportunity assessment, and South Asia mandates.
South Asia Office
India SME and family-business strategy · Fundraise advisory for Indian startups · Government advisory (Ministry-level engagements)
Dubai
Primary hub for market entry, GTM, and feasibility mandates across the Gulf.
GCC Office (HQ)
GCC strategy and market entry · Government advisory (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah entities) · Cross-border India–GCC engagements
Singapore
Anchor for Southeast Asia market entry and regional expansion engagements.
Southeast Asia Office
Southeast Asia expansion strategy · Fundraising for growth-stage companies · Fintech and healthcare advisory
Brussels, Belgium
European market access and cross-border strategy engagements.
Europe Office
European market entry for Asian clients · B2G advisory for EU-level engagements · Selective strategy mandates
What we stand for.
Output over advice
We are not satisfied with a polished deck. Every engagement ends with a deliverable the client can act on – not an action plan they have to resource separately.
Primary research over desk research
We interview the market. 80% of every insight comes from a real conversation – with buyers, operators, regulators, or channel partners. Not from databases.
AI-augmented over manual
We use AI to compress timelines. Synthesis, transcription, financial modelling, outreach – AI handles the volume so our partners handle the judgment.
Boutique over scale
We have turned down growth that would have required us to dilute partner involvement. We stay boutique because the quality of output depends on it.
