Do we need a data team before we can engage?
No. The AI Opportunity Assessment is explicitly designed for companies that don't yet know what data they have or what AI can do with it. We do the inventory as part of the engagement.
Which AI tools do you work with?
We are tool-agnostic. We use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others internally, and have experience deploying OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, Google Vertex, and Azure OpenAI at client sites. We recommend the tool that fits the use case and the client's infrastructure – not the one we have a commercial relationship with.
What if the pilot doesn't work?
Pilots fail. That's why they're pilots. A failed pilot with clear learnings is a success – it tells you which direction not to invest $2M in. We define "success" for a pilot as: the hypothesis was tested, the result is clear, and the next decision is made. Not: the AI worked perfectly.
