What we're looking for.
If you're a senior consultant with 5+ years in strategy, market research, or fundraising advisory – and you want to work in a boutique where you're close to the founder, close to the research, and close to the outcome – we'd like to hear from you.
We're not looking for generalists or people who need large teams to get work done. We're looking for people who are already doing primary research, already running engagements independently, and who are frustrated that the firms they work for won't let them do the work the right way.
We're a team of four partners and a small senior team. Every person we add needs to raise the average, not just fill a headcount.
You should have
- ✓ 5+ years in strategy consulting, market research, or deal advisory
- ✓ Experience running primary research independently
- ✓ Track record of partner-level client exposure
- ✓ Deep familiarity with India, GCC, or SEA markets
- ✓ Comfort working across time zones and geographies
You should want
- ✓ Direct client exposure from day one
- ✓ Output-billed work with clear accountability
- ✓ A firm small enough that your name is on the work
- ✓ Freedom to use AI tools to do the work faster and better
